B\u00fct\u00fcn yemek se\u00e7en \u00e7ocuklarda konu i\u015ftah olmas\u0131 veya i\u015ftahs\u0131zl\u0131k olmayabilir. alg\u0131da se\u00e7icili\u011fin de geli\u015fmesiyle beraber d\u00fcnyadaki bir\u00e7ok yeni \u015feyi ke\u015ffetmek \u00fczerine kurulu bir d\u00f6nemdir. \u00d6yle ki bir\u00e7ok \u00e7ocu\u011fun kurdu\u011fu ilk c\u00fcmlelerden biri \u201cBu ne?\u201d olarak kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Etraflar\u0131ndaki her \u015feye kar\u015f\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck bir merak duyarlar ve hep ke\u015ffetmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar. S\u00f6z konusu yemek se\u00e7imi oldu\u011funda ise g\u00f6rmek veya i\u015fitmek kadar kolay kanmayan bir duyu olan tatmak devreye girer. \u00d6yle ki bu duyu, di\u011fer duyularla kombine bir \u015fekilde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Yemeklerin yaln\u0131zca tad\u0131 de\u011fil ayn\u0131 zamanda dokular\u0131 (p\u00fct\u00fcrl\u00fc, yumu\u015fak vb.), kokular\u0131 ve g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fleri de \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n yemek se\u00e7imlerini etkilemektedir.<\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fte \u00e7ocu\u011funuzdan b\u00fcy\u00fcme s\u00fcrecinde yemek ay\u0131rt etmek ve i\u015ftahs\u0131zl\u0131k ile ilgili duyabilece\u011finiz baz\u0131 \u015fikayetler, bunlar\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmleri ve \u00e7ocu\u011funuza dengeli beslenmeyi \u00f6\u011fretebilece\u011finiz birka\u00e7 \u00f6neri.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Yemegim_Hic_Lezzetli_Degil\"><\/span><strong>Yeme\u011fim Hi\u00e7 Lezzetli De\u011fil!<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Genellikle \u00e7ocuklar tatl\u0131 tad\u0131 olan besinlere kar\u015f\u0131 daha e\u011filimli olurlar. Bunun birden fazla sebebi olsa da en \u00f6nemli sebepler \u015fu \u015fekilde s\u0131ralanabilir; anne s\u00fct\u00fc de tatl\u0131 bir tada sahip oldu\u011fundan al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 do\u011fduklar\u0131ndan beri bu \u015fekilde geli\u015febilmektedir. \u0130kincisi ise ek besine ge\u00e7erken \u00e7ocuklara genellikle ilk \u00f6nce tatl\u0131 tatlar\u0131 olan meyveler denetilir. Ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ok h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fcklerinden, enerji a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7ok y\u00fcksektir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla enerji a\u00e7\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 h\u0131zl\u0131ca kapatacak, y\u00fcksek kalorili besinlere e\u011filimler g\u00f6sterebilirler. Brokoli \u00e7orbas\u0131 veya p\u00fcresi \u015feklinde ona bu sebzeyi tekrar tekrar sunabilirsiniz.
