Etkili olabilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcketilmesi gerekilen doz san\u0131landan \u00e7ok daha y\u00fcksek olabilir. Varfarin grubu ila\u00e7larda kullan\u0131lan kumadin, bitkilerde do\u011fal olarak bulunan bir bile\u015fik olan kumarinden elde edilmektedir. Fakat bu bitkilerin do\u011frudan kullan\u0131m\u0131yla kumarinin antikoag\u00fclan etkilerinden faydalanmak \u00e7ok olas\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Fakat doktorlar hastalara kumadin grubu ila\u00e7lar\u0131 re\u00e7ete ettiklerinde, kumarin i\u00e7erebilecek bu bitkilerin t\u00fcketiminden ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylerler. Bunun sebebi ufakta olsa bir etkilerinin olabilmesidir.<\/p>\n<p>Melekotu, \u00e7emenotu, meyan k\u00f6k\u00fc, maydanoz, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 yonca, zerde\u00e7al, tar\u00e7\u0131n ve zencefil antikoag\u00fclan etkilere sahip oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclen bitkilerdir.
