Takviye dozlar\u0131 genellikle 50-200 mcg aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Takviyeler, krom klorit, nikotinat, pikolinat ve sitrat formlar\u0131nda bulunur. Kromklorit biyoyararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 en az olan versiyon olarak bilinmektedir. G\u00fcnde 150-250 mcg eklenen Cr ile iki hafta i\u00e7inde diyabet semptomlar\u0131 d\u00fczelme g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.
