class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>300\u2019den fazla enzimin kofakt\u00f6r\u00fc olarak, protein sentezi, kas ve sinir fonksiyonlar\u0131, kan glikoz seviyelerinin kontrol\u00fc ve kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 reg\u00fclasyonunun sa\u011flanmas\u0131 gibi \u00f6nemli mekanizmalarda rol oynamaktad\u0131r.\u00a0 Ayn\u0131 zamanda enerji \u00fcretimi, oksidatif fosforilasyon ve glikolizde de g\u00f6rev al\u0131r. Kemik geli\u015fimin, DNA ve RNA sentezinde ve bir antioksidan olan glutatyonun sentezlenmesinde gereklidir. Son olarak da, kalsiyum ve potasyum iyonlar\u0131n\u0131n aktif ta\u015f\u0131mas\u0131nda g\u00f6rev alarak, sinir iletimi, kas kas\u0131lmas\u0131 ve normal kalp ritmi i\u00e7in \u00f6nemli bir hal al\u0131r. Buna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak laksatif etki g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. G\u00fcnde 5,000 mg ve daha fazla al\u0131m\u0131na neden olabilecek ila\u00e7lar Mg zehirlenmesiyle ili\u015fkilendirilmektedir. Zehirlenme belirtileri genellikle serum seviyeleri 1.74-2.61 mmol\/L \u2018ye ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.
