Son zamanlarda Amerikal\u0131lar \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lan ara\u015ft\u0131rmalar, bu bireylerin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclenden \u00e7ok daha fazla al\u0131m ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 oldu\u011funu saptam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Cilt kendi kendine bu vitamini sentezleyebilmektedir. Y\u00fcksek dozda al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda D vitamini fazlal\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131nabilir. Vitamin D zehirlenmesi mide bulant\u0131s\u0131na, duygu durumunda de\u011fi\u015fikliklere, organlar\u0131n zarar g\u00f6rmesine neden olabilir. Bu y\u00fczden besin ve takviyelerden g\u00fcnde 4,000 IU\u2019tan fazla vitamin D al\u0131m\u0131 (Ya\u015f\u0131 9\u2019dan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olan \u00e7ocuklar i\u00e7in bu rakam\u0131n da alt\u0131nda bir de\u011fer olmal\u0131d\u0131r.) \u00f6nerilmemektedir. \u00c7ok fazla g\u00fcne\u015fe maruz kalmak vitamin D zehirlenmesine neden olmamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"D_Vitamini_Eksikligi\"><\/span><strong>D Vitamini Eksikli\u011fi <\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Vitamin D eksikli\u011fi kemikler ba\u015fta olmak \u00fczere v\u00fccudun geriye kalan k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 da olumsuz etkileyebilir. Peki D vitamini eksikli\u011fi belirtileri nelerdir? Zaman zaman kilo art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 ve kilo vermekte zorlanmalar bu vitaminin eksikli\u011finin belirtileri olarak kabul edilir. B\u00fcy\u00fcrken yeterli vitamin D almayan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n kemik yap\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7ok sa\u011flam olmayacakt\u0131r bu sebeple v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mak konusunda zorluk ya\u015fayacaklard\u0131r. Bu rahats\u0131zl\u0131k \u201cRikets\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Yeti\u015fkinler de bu vitamininin eksikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak daha yumu\u015fak kemiklere sahip olabilir bu durum \u201cOsteomalazi\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rken, kemik dokusunda kay\u0131plar\u0131n ya\u015fanmas\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak daha k\u0131r\u0131lgan kemiklere sahip olma durumu da \u201cOsteoporoz\u201d olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7o\u011fu zaman zay\u0131flayan kemik yap\u0131s\u0131yla ilgili g\u00f6r\u00fclen rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar eksikli\u011finde g\u00f6r\u00fclen hastal\u0131klar olarak de\u011ferlendirilir. Eksikli\u011fin g\u00f6r\u00fclmemesi i\u00e7in yeterli miktarlarda bu vitamini i\u00e7eren yiyecekler t\u00fcketmek ve g\u00fcne\u015f \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar\u0131ndan faydalanmak gerekmektedir.
