B 12 eksikli\u011fi olarak kabul edilen di\u011fer belirtiler; denge problemleri, depresyon, bunama, haf\u0131za kayb\u0131, a\u011f\u0131z ve dilde a\u011fr\u0131 hissi olarak s\u0131ralanabilir. B12 vitamini eksikli\u011fi, megaloblastik anemisi olmayan bireylerde bile sinir sistemini olumsuz etkileyebilir bu y\u00fczden eksikli\u011fin h\u0131zl\u0131ca giderilmesi gerekmektedir. B12 eksikli\u011fi n\u00f6rolojik bozukluk nedeni olarak kabul edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bebeklerde B12 eksikli\u011fi geli\u015fme gerili\u011fine, hareket etme kabiliyetinde yetersizliklere, b\u00fcy\u00fcme gerili\u011fine ve megaloblastik anemi g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine neden olabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Y\u00fcksek miktarda folik asit takviyesi almak, vitamin B12 eksikli\u011fini saklayabilir \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc megaloblastik aneminin belirtilerini azaltmaktad\u0131r. Fakat folik asit, B12 vitamini eksikli\u011fi dolay\u0131s\u0131yla g\u00f6r\u00fclen sinir sistemi sorunlar\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmamaktad\u0131r.
