Menakinonlar ise bakteri k\u00f6kenlidir bu y\u00fczden hayvansal kaynakl\u0131 ve fermente olmu\u015f besinlerde bulunurlar. Neredeyse b\u00fct\u00fcn menakinonlar, \u00f6zellikle de uzun zincirli menakinonlar insanlar\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131ndaki sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bakteriler taraf\u0131ndan da \u00fcretilir.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"K_Vitamini_Ne_Ise_Yarar\"><\/span><strong>K Vitamini Ne \u0130\u015fe Yarar?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Bu vitamin hemostazide, p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fma, kemik metabolizmas\u0131 ve di\u011fer fizyolojik fonksiyonlarda g\u00f6rev alan ve bu vitamine ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 olan karboksilaz enzimininin koenzimidir. \u00d6zellikle kan\u0131n p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 konusunda \u00f6nemli bir rol oynamaktad\u0131r. Protrombin, plazmada kan p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bulunan ve K vitaminine ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 bir proteindir, bu \u00f6zellikleri baz\u0131 K vitamini faydalar\u0131 olarak \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.
