B6 vitamini ila\u00e7 sekt\u00f6r\u00fcnde olduk\u00e7a fazla kullan\u0131lan bir vitamindir. Tek ba\u015f\u0131na takviye olarak piyasada bulunan B6 vitaminlerinin \u00e7o\u011fu pridoksin (Pridoksin Hidroklorit) formunda bulunurken, baz\u0131lar\u0131 PLP formundad\u0131r. Bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck seviyelerin g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine, hastal\u0131ktan kaynaklanan inflemasyonlar\u0131n neden oldu\u011fu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclmektedir. B6 takviyesi bu hastalarda seviyelerin iyile\u015fmesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olsa da inflamatuar sitokinlerin \u00fcretimini bask\u0131lamazlar. Mekanizmas\u0131 hen\u00fcz a\u00e7\u0131klanamam\u0131\u015f olsa da \u00e7\u00f6lyak, Crohn\u2019s hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na sahip, \u00fclseratif kolit ve di\u011fer inflamatuar ba\u011f\u0131rsak hastal\u0131klar\u0131na sahip bireylerde de B6 eksikli\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Bu durumun sebebi olarak emilim bozukluklar\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Alkol_Bagimlisi_Olan_Bireyler\"><\/span><strong><em>Alkol Ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131s\u0131 Olan Bireyler<\/em><\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Alkol asetaldehit \u00fcretimine neden olur. Aldehit PLP ile protein ba\u011flama konusunda yar\u0131\u015f\u0131r ve h\u00fccreler taraf\u0131ndan PLP \u00fcretiminin ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesini engeller. Bu y\u00fczden alkol ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 bulunan bireylerde pridoksin takviyesi faydal\u0131 olabilmektedir.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Yuksek_Dozda_B6_Vitamini_Alimi\"><\/span><strong>Y\u00fcksek Dozda B6 Vitamini Al\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>B6 vitamini fazlal\u0131\u011f\u0131, besinlerle y\u00fcksek dozda al\u0131mla hi\u00e7bir zaman ili\u015fkilendirilmemi\u015ftir. Fakat 12-40 ay kadar g\u00fcnde 1-6 gram kronik pridoksin al\u0131m\u0131 v\u00fccut kas kontrol\u00fcn\u00fcn kaybedilmesi \u015feklinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan bir n\u00f6ropati olan ataksinin g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine neden olabilmektedir. Bu vitaminin y\u00fcksek dozda al\u0131nmas\u0131yla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilecek di\u011fer problemlerde, a\u011fr\u0131l\u0131 cilt lezyonlar\u0131, fotosensitivite, gastrointestinal sorunlar olarak s\u0131ralanabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Hamileli\u011fin ilk yar\u0131s\u0131nda piridoksin takviyesi alm\u0131\u015f hamilelerde yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalarda baz\u0131 <a href=\"https:\/\/coskumutlu.com\/bebek-beslenmesi-ek-gidaya-gecis\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">bebeklerde<\/a> do\u011fumsal anomalilere rastlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
