Bu y\u00fczden B vitamini i\u00e7eren besinler i\u00e7erisinde bu vitamine de rastlamak m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. \u00a0B2 do\u011fal olarak baz\u0131 besinlerde bulunur, baz\u0131lar\u0131na zenginle\u015ftirme amac\u0131yla eklenir ve takviye format\u0131nda da bulunur. B2 vitamini ne i\u015fe yarar sorusuna cevap olarak ilk akla gelen nokta \u015fudur; bu mikro besin \u00f6\u011fesinin en \u00f6nemli vitamin \u00f6zellikleri; iki b\u00fcy\u00fck koenzimin elzem i\u00e7eri\u011fi olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bnlar Flavin Monon\u00fckleotid (FMN) ve Flavin Din\u00fckleotid (FAD)\u2019t\u0131r. Bu koenzimler, h\u00fccresel fonksiyonlar, b\u00fcy\u00fcme, geli\u015fmede rol alarak enerji \u00fcretiminde \u00f6nemli bir yere sahiptir ve ya\u011f, baz\u0131 ila\u00e7lar ve streoidlerin metabolizmas\u0131nda g\u00f6rev al\u0131rlar. Triptofan amino asitinin, niasine (B3 vitamini) \u00e7evrilmesi FAD koenziminini gerektirmektedir. Benzer bir \u015fekilde,<a href=\"https:\/\/coskumutlu.com\/b6-vitamini-hakkinda-bilinmesi-gerekenler\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"> B6 vitamininin<\/a> koenzim pridoksal 5 fosfata \u00e7evrilmesi i\u00e7in de FMN gereklidir. Bu vitamin ile birlikte olduk\u00e7a s\u0131k an\u0131lan riboflavin nedir? Riboflavin, bu vitaminin bir di\u011fer ismidir ve kanda normal seviyelerde homosistein amino asidinin bulunmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Diyet ile al\u0131nan B 2 vitamininin %90\u2019\u0131ndan fazlas\u0131 FAD ve FMN yap\u0131s\u0131na kat\u0131l\u0131r. Geriye kalan k\u0131sm\u0131 da serbest formda dola\u015f\u0131mda bulunur veya glikozit\/ester formunda bulunur. Proksimal ince ba\u011f\u0131rsakta daha fazla B 2 emilimi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmektedir. V\u00fccut 27 mg ve daha \u00fcst\u00fcndeki tekli dozlar\u0131n yaln\u0131zca k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 emer ve yine yaln\u0131zca k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 karaci\u011fer, kalp ve b\u00f6breklerde depolar. \u00c7ok y\u00fcksek miktarlarda B-2 al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015fti\u011finde ya emilim ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmez ya da emilen vitamin idrar yoluyla at\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Diyetle al\u0131nan miktara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, ba\u011f\u0131rsaklar\u0131m\u0131zdaki sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bakteriler serbest riboflavin \u00fcretirler. Bu riboflavin yine al\u0131nan miktara ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak kal\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131rsaktan geri emilir. Ultraviyole \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar ve g\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 B2 ve t\u00fcrevlerini h\u0131zl\u0131ca inaktif hale getirebilir. Bu hassasiyeti y\u00fcz\u00fcnden, yeni do\u011fan bebeklerde zaman zaman kullan\u0131lan \u0131\u015f\u0131k tedavileri B2 vitamini eksikli\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine neden olabilir. B2 vitamininin \u0131\u015f\u0131k ile h\u0131zl\u0131ca kaybolmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 s\u00fct \u0131\u015f\u0131k almayacak \u015fekilde paketlenmektedir. Sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 insanlarda B2 vitamini seviyeleri rutin olarak kontrol edilmemektedir. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fcnde ise en hassas ve tutarl\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm eritrosit glutatyon reduktaz aktivitesi (EGRAC) ile sa\u011flan\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>EGRAC verileri 1.2 ve alt\u0131nda olan bireylerin v\u00fccudunda yeterli miktarda B2 oldu\u011fu, 1.2-1.4 seviyelerindeki bireylerde marjinal bir eksiklik oldu\u011fu, 1.4\u2019ten y\u00fcksek seviyelerde ise do\u011frudan vitamin B2 eksikli\u011fi oldu\u011fu ortaya koyulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Fakat EGRAC Afrikal\u0131 Amerikal\u0131\u2019lar\u0131n %10\u2019unda g\u00f6zlemlenen glukoz-6-fosfat dehidrogenaz enzimi yetersizli\u011finde yeterli bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm metodu de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n<p>Bireyin v\u00fccudundaki B2 seviyelerinin saptanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan bir di\u011fer y\u00f6ntem ise idrar\u0131n florometrik olarak de\u011ferlendirilmesidir. V\u00fccut yaln\u0131zca bir miktar B2 depolad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, idrarda saptanan miktar, t\u00fcm dokular\u0131n depolar\u0131 dolana kadar, diyetle ne kadar B2 vitamini al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu teknik EGRAC ile k\u0131yasland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, uzun d\u00f6nem verilerini elde etmek i\u00e7in daha zay\u0131f bir tekniktir. Yumurta, karaci\u011fer ve b\u00f6brek etleri, ya\u011fs\u0131z k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et ve s\u00fct iyi birer B2 kayna\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 zamanda ye\u015fil sebzeler de B2 i\u00e7erir. Bir\u00e7ok \u00fclkede tah\u0131llar B2 ile zenginle\u015ftirilmi\u015ftir. Besinlerin \u00e7o\u011funda bulunan riboflavin FAD formundad\u0131r fakat yumurta ve s\u00fctte serbest riboflavin olarak bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>FAD ve FMN formunda besinlerde bulunan B2 vitamininin biyoyararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 tek \u00f6\u011f\u00fcnde maksimum 27 mg\u2019\u0131 emilecek kadard\u0131r. Serbest riboflavinin de biyoyararl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 benzerdir. Piyasada hem B kompleks vitaminlerin i\u00e7inde hem de toplum taraf\u0131ndan b2 vitamini ila\u00e7lar\u0131 olarak da bilinen, B2 vitamini takviyesi bulunmaktad\u0131r. Bir\u00e7ok takviyenin i\u00e7inde riboflavin serbest formda bulunmaktad\u0131r.
