Kilo kayb\u0131, mide band\u0131 ile midenin boyutunu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclterek veya midenin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7\u0131kararak ( duodenal anahtar\u0131 ile sleeve gastrektomi veya biliyopankreatik diversiyon ) veya ince ba\u011f\u0131rsa\u011f\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir mide kese\u011fine yeniden kesilmesi ve yeniden y\u00f6nlendirilmesi yoluyla sa\u011flan\u0131r ( Gastrik baypas &#8211; ileri laparoskopi ameliyat\u0131 ).<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tup_Mide_Ameliyati_Oncesi_ve_Sonrasi_Beslenme_Nasil_Olmalidir\"><\/span>T\u00fcp Mide Ameliyat\u0131\u00a0\u00d6ncesi ve Sonras\u0131 Beslenme Nas\u0131l Olmal\u0131d\u0131r ?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Diyetisyenin t\u00fcp mide ameliyat\u0131ndaki rol\u00fc ameliyat \u00f6ncesinde ba\u015flar. Ameliyat \u00f6ncesi d\u00f6nemde hastalara uygulat\u0131lacak olan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck kalorili diyetlerin, ameliyat \u00fczerindeki olumlu etkilerinin yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, ameliyat sonras\u0131 kilo kayb\u0131na da katk\u0131s\u0131 olmaktad\u0131r. Bu nedenle t\u00fcp mide operasyonuna girmeden \u00f6nce bireyler zaten kilo verece\u011fim istedi\u011fimi yemenin tam zaman\u0131 psikolojisine girmemelidir. E\u011fer yemek yemeye veda etmek amac\u0131yla daha fazla kalori al\u0131m\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirirse hem operasyon i\u00e7in olumsuz sonu\u00e7lar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar hem de t\u00fcp mide ameliyat\u0131 sonras\u0131 beslenme s\u00fcrecinde psikolojik olarak kendini k\u00f6t\u00fc hissedebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Hastan\u0131n bu s\u00fcre\u00e7te;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Yeterli s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak,<\/li>\n<li>Yeterli protein alma y\u00f6n\u00fcnde besin desteklerini y\u00f6netmek,<\/li>\n<li>Multivitamin kullan\u0131m\u0131na te\u015fvik etmek erken d\u00f6nemde bariatrik beslenme diyetisyenli\u011fi yapan bireyinin temel g\u00f6revlerindendir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Operasyon_Oncesi_Beslenmede_Dikkat_Edilmesi_Gerekenler\"><\/span>Operasyon \u00d6ncesi Beslenmede Dikkat Edilmesi Gerekenler<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>T\u00fcp mide ameliyat\u0131 sonras\u0131 beslenmeden \u00f6nce, v\u00fccudun ge\u00e7irilecek ameliyata haz\u0131rlanmas\u0131 da \u00f6nemlidir. Pre-op d\u00f6nemde beslenme program\u0131n\u0131n amac\u0131; Hastan\u0131n ameliyat \u00f6ncesinde kilo vermesi ve karaci\u011ferin a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131\/hacmi azalt\u0131larak operasyonla ilgili komplikasyonlar\u0131n azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamakt\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle en fazla tercih edilen t\u00fcp mide ameliyat\u0131 \u00f6ncesi beslenme \u015fekli a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibi olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Obezite cerrahisi \u00f6ncesinde, diyet tedavisinde s\u0131kl\u0131kla d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ve \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerjili diyet tedavileri uygulanmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerjili diyetler g\u00fcnl\u00fck ortalama 800 kkal enerji i\u00e7eren diyetlerdir.<\/li>\n<li>\u00d6ncelikle normal bir diyet program\u0131 uygulan\u0131r. E\u011fer pre-op d\u00f6nemde verilmesi gereken kilo fazla ise en \u00e7ok 7 g\u00fcn olmak \u00fczere son haftada \u00e7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerjili diyet yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerjili diyetlerde \u00f6\u011f\u00fcn yerine enteral \u00fcr\u00fcnler, s\u0131v\u0131 kar\u0131\u015f\u0131mlar, \u00e7orbalar ve barlar kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c7ok d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck enerjili diyetlerin s\u0131kl\u0131kla rapor edilen yan etkileri; a\u011f\u0131z kurulu\u011fu, konstipasyon, a\u00e7l\u0131k, cilt kurulu\u011fu, kardiyak komplikasyonlar ve dahas\u0131 olarak s\u0131raland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r.
